Arboreal

  • Who knew petrified bogwood could be so beautiful?! This gorgeous green stone is known as Gary Green Jasper, and has its roots in an ancient bog in Nevada. It was cut by a lapidary artist in Maine, and I lovingly handcrafted this setting to keep it safe and show it off. At the base of the pendant I set a Herkimer Diamond quartz crystal that I mined in New York. This crystal came out of the ground just like this - I didn't need to cut or polish it as it is  naturally formed with these beautifully reflective facets. I handmade the entire pendant out of recycled sterling silver, which has been oxidized for a darkened look.

The pendant hangs from a recycled sterling silver chain with a handmade clasp, and totals 18" in length.

The pendant measures nearly 1.75" across. The back of the pendant is stamped with the Beryllina hummingbird logo and "925" (to denote sterling silver).

I handcrafted this special necklace in my studio in MA. FREE SHIPPING within the USA!
